PETRÔNIO

José Petrônio started his professional career in crafts by chance. Previously he worked as a fisherman and farmer, but when he met a craftsman who challenged him to carve a art piece he found that it could be a good source of income. Discovering his talent made him left his other professions and the art of wood carving became his passion. Petrônio lives in Alagoas on Iron Island with his family and works with his son Yang who follows his father's craft.
